1. Wellness Coordinators (Part-Time Dance Guides)
- Location: Maui, HI
- Compensation: $100 per session (3.5 hours per session) plus tips
- About the Role:
As a Wellness Coordinator, you’ll facilitate our Dancing Meditation sessions, ensuring an exceptional experience for all participants. You’ll be the face of our brand, setting up and managing sessions while creating a warm, welcoming environment.- Guide participants through sessions with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Manage session logistics, including setup, check-in, and equipment handling.
- Use booking and mobile check-in software to ensure smooth operations.
- Represent the brand with positivity and a customer-first attitude.
- What We’re Looking For:
- Attention to detail, reliable, responsible.
- Passion for wellness, mindfulness, and creating joyful experiences.
- Tech-savvy with experience using booking software and mobile apps.
- Highly organized, punctual, and able to lift up to 60 pounds for setup.
- Available on weekends for morning and evening sessions.
- Previous experience in yoga, meditation, dance, or wellness industries is a plus!

2. Production Assistants (Part-Time)
- Location: Maui, HI
- Compensation: $100 per session (3.5 hours per session)
About the Role
Dancing Meditation is seeking a tech-savvy and detail-oriented Production Assistant to ensure the seamless operation of our transformative wellness sessions. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in setting up and maintaining the technical equipment, facilitating smooth sessions, and contributing to a memorable experience for participants.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Setup and Management:
- Set up and maintain wireless headphones, transmitters, and other audio equipment.
- Ensure all equipment is fully operational and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
- Safely handle, transport, and store equipment to maintain its longevity and reliability.
- Session Coordination:
- Arrive promptly to prepare and test all equipment before sessions begin.
- Manage check-ins and ensure participants receive the correct audio gear and facilitate the sessions to ensure they are going smoothly.
- Monitor equipment performance throughout the session and address any issues quickly.
- Post-Session Duties:
- Collect, clean, and organize equipment after each session.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on headphones and transmitters.
- Document equipment usage and report any damages or replacements needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Technical Expertise:
- Familiarity with wireless audio equipment or a strong aptitude for learning new technologies.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for technical issues related to headphones, cables, or transmitters.
- Organized and Dependable:
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Reliable and punctual, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Physical Capability:
- Able to lift and transport equipment up to 60 pounds.
- Flexibility:
- Availability to work weekends and flexible hours, including morning and evening sessions.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in event production, AV tech, or related fields is a plus.
- Interest in wellness, mindfulness, or recreational activities is a bonus.
