Our check-in booth is located by the Shave Ice Truck at The Westin Maui Resort & Spa, between the pool and the beach path near the Westin Beach Bar. Look for the Dancing Meditation sign and our staff will greet you. You will receive a sanitized wireless headset and a short orientation before the session begins. Many participants choose to bring a beach blanket or beach chairs to set up a spot on the beach prior to check-in.
Please make sure that ALL members of your party have signed the Waiver (or parental release) prior to your check-in arrival. No paper waivers are available at check-in. If you are missing a waiver, all members of your party will be asked to step aside from the booth area so that you can submit the waiver from your phone. Not having waivers completed prior to your arrival will delay your check-in process.
Most participants dance right on the beach in front of the resort. Your glowing headsets let you explore hundreds of yards down the shoreline, sway under the palms, or relax at the water’s edge—the music follows wherever you go.
If you are not staying at the resort, park conveniently at The Whalers Village Parking Garage (paid parking) located at 2435 Kāʻanapali Parkway, Lahaina, HI 96761. From there, it’s a scenic 6–10 minute beachfront walk to the Westin Maui check-in area.

Main Dance Channel:

Be cool, be courteous, respect each other. Don’t be that guy. Inappropriate behavior will end your session with no refund.
Sessions continue in light rain. Bring rain jacket if so. Heavy rain or unsafe conditions may cause cancellation and refund.
The beach path is paved, and there is a grassy area near the beach for those who prefer not to dance on sand.
If it’s dark, bring a flashlight. Watch for sticks in the sand. Watch for waves. No dancing in the ocean or pool!
